Memories you submit

If you use the memory form, we process the message you provide, your name if you choose to give it, and the information needed to manage the submission. We use this information solely to review your memory and, if approved, publish it on this memorial site. By submitting a memory, you ask us to carry out this review and possible publication.

Unpublished or rejected memories are deleted 90 days after the review decision. Approved memories are retained while this memorial site remains online, unless their author asks for removal. When the site closes, the database will be deleted within 90 days.

Recipients and cookies

Hostinger processes data on our behalf to host this website and its database. We do not use analytics, advertising, social-media embeds, or non-essential cookies.

Your rights and requests

You may request access to, correction of, restriction of, or deletion of personal data relating to you. To request removal of a memory, contact us at maersche.zeta.00@icloud.com and identify the memory. We may ask for reasonable information to confirm that you are the author or otherwise entitled to make the request.

You may withdraw consent at any time for future processing. You may also complain to the Bavarian Data Protection Authority for the Private Sector (BayLDA).
